Notes

• Rating 0 represents Facebook recommended and non-recommended reviews without a star value. It does not mean zero stars.
• reviewCount counts only reviews that carry a rating value. It can be somewhat lower than the review totals reported by other tools (for example the response-rate and NPS reports), which count all reviews including some without a rating — don’t expect exact parity across tools when cross-checking totals.
