Description
Creates a new product on the business’s Google Merchant profile. Products can be published immediately (PUBLISH) or saved as a draft (DRAFT). The product can be scoped to specific locations or applied to all locations on the account.
This is a write tool — it creates a live or draft product on Google Merchant. Collect all required fields from the user before calling. Confirm the status (PUBLISH vs DRAFT) and target locations before proceeding.

- If the user doesn’t know the Google product category ID, call
get_product_listing_options with actions=["PRODUCT_GOOGLE_CATEGORY"] and present the options.
- If the user doesn’t know the currency code, call
get_product_listing_options with actions=["PRODUCT_CURRENCY"] first.
status must be exactly "PUBLISH" or "DRAFT" — ask the user if not stated.- After creating, use
add_products to add the product to the active Google listing if it was created as a draft.
